1. Acceptance

By accessing or using hariko.in services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

2. Merchant Terms

Merchants are responsible for accurate storefront and catalog content, lawful sale of goods or services, customer support, tax compliance, and meeting customer obligations under applicable law. Merchants are responsible for integrations they enable (such as payment or analytics tools).

Orders and delivery. hariko.in provides software for storefronts, checkout, and payments. We do not act as the seller of record for merchant products and we do not operate product fulfillment or delivery on behalf of merchants unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. Delivery, returns, and product quality are between the merchant and the customer.

Merchant–customer disputes. Disputes arising from product quality, refunds, cancellations, delivery, or other transaction terms are primarily between the merchant and the customer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, hariko.in is not a party to merchant–customer disputes and is not responsible for resolving them, though we may provide tools or payment-processor workflows where available. Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer or merchant from pursuing rights under mandatory consumer or payment laws.

3. Customer Terms

Customers agree to provide accurate checkout details, pay valid charges, and avoid misuse or fraud. Product availability, warranties, delivery, and returns are governed by the merchant's storefront policies and applicable law, not by hariko.in as platform operator.

4. Billing, Payments, and Settlements

Subscription billing and storefront payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Razorpay. Failed, reversed, suspicious, or non-compliant transactions may be reviewed, blocked, or reversed as permitted by law and processor rules.

Subscription lapse and grace period. If a merchant's subscription payment fails or is not renewed, the account may enter a past-due state. We provide a 7-day grace period from the renewal date (or from when we notify you of failed payment) during which the merchant can pay outstanding fees and restore full access. After the grace period, we may restrict dashboard access, disable checkout on the storefront, or suspend the store until payment is received. Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy during and after lapse.

Subscription refunds. Subscription fees paid to hariko.in are non-refundable, including partial periods, unless a refund is required under applicable law or we expressly agree in writing. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled under processor rules and these Terms.

5. Platform Use Restrictions

You must not use the platform for unlawful content, IP infringement, abuse, evasion, malware distribution, credential misuse, or actions that harm platform security, reliability, or other users.

6. AI and Automated Features

AI-generated recommendations are assistive outputs and not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Merchants are responsible for final storefront content and configuration decisions.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, legal risk, policy violation, non-payment after any applicable grace period, or security concerns. You may stop using services at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.

Notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will attempt to notify the account holder at least 48 hours in advance before suspending access for policy violations or non-payment. We may suspend immediately without prior notice where we reasonably believe there is fraud, illegal activity, an imminent security threat, or a legal obligation to act without delay.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent legally allowed, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer or data-protection law.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are intended for global use. Where local law requires different mandatory rights or forums, those local rights apply. For India users, disputes and rights are interpreted with applicable Indian law unless mandatory local protections state otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered merchants by email at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, and we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; if you do not agree, you must stop using the services before the effective date. Non-material updates (such as clarifications or contact changes) may take effect when posted.
